| Bio | Chiami was born in Tokyo, and raised in Sapporo, Japan. After she graduated from Kanazawa College of Art, she worked as a furniture designer for two years. She then worked as a freelance illustrator for several magazines in Japan. Her interest as an artist leads her to pursue a MFA in illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Currently, she lives and works in San Francisco as an illustrator and a professional fine artist. | ||
